About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Work on end-to-end recruitment for contract-to-hire (C2H) IT positions across various technologies.
2. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' technical fit and availability.
4. Coordinate interviews with clients and manage scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.
5. Handle salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
6. Maintain a strong database of potential C2H resources for future requirements.
7. Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
8. Ensure quick turnaround times (TATs) and meet hiring targets and deadlines.
9. Keep track of market trends in IT skills and compensation to better source and place candidates.
