About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Providing technical support to schools using the company's ERP software and ensuring that their queries and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
2. Conducting software installations, upgrades, and maintenance for clients to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency
3. Coordinating with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues reported by clients and ensuring accurate resolution
4. Designing and customizing reports using the software and guiding teachers and administrators as per client requirements
5. Working on fee management, admission management, transport management, student management, and other modules used in school administration as per client needs
