About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage and update the official website – including pages, event listings, banners, and content uploads.
2. Coordinate with external vendors and developers to design, build, and maintain the mobile application with features such as registration, user login, schedules, and push notifications.
3. Oversee mobile app functionality, including user interface, updates, and integration with event registration and notifications.
4. Coordinate with developers and vendors for app updates, testing, and performance improvements.
5. Handle user registration, login management, and database administration for exhibitors, visitors, and conference participants.
6. Maintain and troubleshoot the eCommerce portal, ensuring smooth operation of product listings, payment gateways, and order management.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and data security across all digital platforms.
8. Coordinate with web developers and IT partners for technical fixes, new feature development, and backend optimization.
9. Ensure all web and app interfaces are user-friendly, responsive, and updated regularly with new event or product information.
10. Troubleshoot login issues, payment errors, or registration glitches promptly to maintain user satisfaction.
11. Work with third-party IT vendors and service providers for hosting, domain management, and server maintenance.
12. Stay updated on the latest web technologies, plugins, and CMS tools to suggest improvements in system efficiency and UX.
