About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical verification of stock at assigned outlets to ensure accuracy between system records and actual inventory.
2. Inventory Update: Perform real-time stock adjustments and updates in the Dil POS system during outlet visits to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
3. FIFO Compliance: Ensure that all outlets adhere to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principle to prevent product obsolescence or wastage.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing stock inspections, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and overall inventory status.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with Retail Partners (RPs), Outlet Managers, and the central supply chain team to resolve stock-related issues promptly.
6. Process Improvement: Identify and report recurring issues or trends related to inventory management and suggest improvements for better stock accuracy and control.
