About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to international clients (Australia-based) to promote company services and generate sales.
2. Engage with warm leads, understand their business needs, and offer suitable solutions as per needs.
3. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
5. Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups.
6. Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to refine pitch and improve conversion rates.
7. Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities to handle client objections effectively.
