About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. International business development: Identify new international markets and customers. Research global market trends and competitor activities.
2. Lead generation & client Acquisition: Generate leads through emails, calls, exhibitions, and online platforms. Convert inquiries into potential customers.
3. Managing overseas clients: Maintain strong relationships with international buyers. Handle client queries, follow-ups, and feedback.
4. Sales negotiation & closing deals: Negotiate prices, terms, delivery conditions, and payment methods. Finalize contracts with clients.
5. Preparing sales documents: Prepare sales documents, including quotes, proforma invoices, and commercial offers, as well as coordinating export documentation in collaboration with the logistics team.
6. Coordination with internal teams: Work with production, logistics, finance, and export teams. Ensure timely order processing and shipment.
7. International exhibitions & visits: Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings abroad. Present products to overseas customers.
8. Order management: Track customer orders from inquiry to delivery. Ensure on-time shipment and accurate documentation.
9. Payment follow-up: Follow up with clients for payments (TT, LC, advance). Coordinate with the accounts team.
10. Reporting & analysis: Maintain sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Analyze sales performance and market demand.
11. Understanding export rules: Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.). Basic understanding of shipping & logistics.
12. Customer satisfaction: Ensure timely support and problem resolution. manage after-sales service and customer retention.
