About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. ● Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer-aided design (CAD), hand drawing skills, and detailed drawings
2. ● Provide follow-up support to customers
3. ● Create and present an idea board to communicate design concepts to clients
4. ● Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
5. ● Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
6. ● Create estimates, and project budgets and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities
7. ● Responsible for weekly review meetings with junior designers, supervisors, and other concerned persons
8. ● Monitor site/location to ensure that the progress of the project and fit-out is in line with the plans
9. ● Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely completion of the projects
10. ● Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
What you will bring?
1. ● Candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
2. ● Registered diploma or degree in Interior design
3. ● Good knowledge of Auto-CAD, Google SketchUp, In-design & Photoshop.
4. ● Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
5. ● Relevant experience in team handling
6. ● Creative talent, imagination, and eye for detail
