The role demands a high level of precision, creativity, and responsibility, ideal for someone eager to grow through hands-on exposure to elite projects and high-value clientele.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed technical drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD with a strong understanding of design intent and execution details.
2. Create realistic 3D renders (using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion) that accurately convey design mood and materials.
3. Develop high-quality pitch presentations and client proposals with a strong sense of aesthetics and composition.
4. Coordinate with senior designers and consultants to ensure design accuracy and on-site implementation.
5. Manage tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines and deliverables with attention to detail and design integrity.
6. Adapt and learn continuously to enhance skill sets and align with the firm's luxury design standards.
7. Support the design team in concept development, space planning, and design documentation.
