About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database & walk-in customers
2. Make appointments, explore the customer's financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate products to meet these needs from the company's product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation
3. Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell
4. Obtain referrals to further prospects where appropriate.
5. Facilitate completion of medical reports & ensuring the prompt issue of policy documents
6. Adhere to the company sales process and submit various reports timely
