About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware for battery diagnostic instruments and test systems.
2. Work with high-end lab instruments for measurements and data acquisition.
3. Integrate precision measurement circuits and sensors for electrical, thermal, and electrochemical parameter monitoring (voltage, current, temperature, impedance).
4. Develop battery characterization tools using techniques such as OCV-SOC mapping, DCIR, EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy), and SoH estimation.
5. Implement embedded communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, RS485, SPI, I2C) for data acquisition and system integration.
6. Collaborate with data science teams to ensure seamless integration of battery test instruments with higher-level analytics platforms.
7. Develop and validate algorithms for SoH and SoC estimation implemented on embedded platforms.
8. Lead prototype development, hardware validation, and field testing of diagnostic equipment.
