1. Lead qualification: Ensure potential clients via phone, emails, etc., engage in meaningful conversations, and determine interest to qualify those leads.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to transfer the leads effectively, along with context and other necessary information for a seamless transition.
3. Target achievement: Ensure strict alignment with the company’s goals and assist in achieving maximum results, and achieve all individual targets.
4. Customer relationship management: Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively address queries and doubts.
5. Product knowledge: Continuously read and learn about new products and improve understanding of the company’s products for effective information dissemination.
6. Feedback and improvement: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the quality of leads and prospect engagement.
7. Reporting: Periodically and proactively collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders.
8. Query and dispute resolution through SLAs: Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for answering and resolving customer queries and concerns across different channels.
