About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will drive new business by generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into loyal customers. You’ll play a key role in promoting ECC’s innovative cloud solutions across various industries through effective outreach, strategic communication, and relationship building.The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with UK and European clients, understanding their business culture and sales expectations. You must be willing to work in UK/Europe time zones (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST).
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential customers in the UK and European markets.
2. Generate leads through research, follow-ups, and cold calls.
3. Locate and engage key decision-makers in target businesses.
4. Record all customer details and interactions in the CRM.
5. Maintain and expand the prospect database.
6. Build relationships by researching, contacting, and nurturing prospects.
7. Spot opportunities by analyzing competitor data and market trends.
8. Address questions and overcome objections during initial calls.
9. Pass qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
10. Collaborate closely with the international sales and marketing teams.
11. Exhibit strong communication, listening, and writing skills.
