About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with customers, addressing queries, and promoting our products and services. A successful Inside Sales Executive should be a confident communicator who can convert leads into customers while ensuring excellent service quality.Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services and generate leads.
2. Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
3. Explain the benefits, features, and value propositions of company offerings.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Record and update call information, customer details, and follow-up requirements in the CRM/database.
6. Follow up on leads, resolve customer concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, and performance objectives.
8. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and potential opportunities.
9. Ensure adherence to call scripts, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
10. Contribute to team efforts to achieve overall sales and customer service targets.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers and potential clients over the phone. This includes promoting products or services, gathering feedback, conducting surveys, receiving and resolving inbound queries, maintaining accurate records, and building lasting customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
