About the Job
Vibrant Publishers is looking for a proactive and high-energy inside sales executive with 1 year of experience to manage and convert incoming B2B leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate should be confident, excellent in communication, and comfortable using CRM tools such as Zoho or similar platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, nurture, and convert B2B inbound leads into customers.
2. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
3. Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and pipeline updates on Zoho CRM or equivalent tools.
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable books or corporate solutions offered by Vibrant Publishers.
5. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order processing and customer onboarding.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a performance-driven approach.
7. Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead progress and conversions.
