This role focuses on converting leads generated by our marketing department for AWS and Google services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, performing cross-selling, executing reference sales, and managing renewal sales based on the leads provided.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact and engage leads generated by the marketing department for both AWS and Google products.
2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive conversions.
3. Develop strong relationships with leads to foster trust and encourage sales.
4. Perform cross-selling and reference selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
5. Conduct renewal sales to retain existing customers and ensure continued satisfaction.
6. Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records of sales generated, customers converted from leads, and customers retained during renewals in the CRM.
7. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
