Key responsibilities:1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
2. Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners to optimize performance and increase ROI.
3. Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
4. Develop promotional materials, offers, and communication strategies to motivate affiliates.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and performance marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
6. Monitor competitor affiliate programs and recommend improvements.
