Key responsibilities:1. Handle and manage client documentation for visa and immigration applications.
2. Review client documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration requirements.
3. Coordinate with clients to collect, verify, and update necessary documents.
4. Maintain proper records and update internal systems with the latest client and case information.
5. Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding document status, requirements, and process updates.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external agencies when required to ensure smooth case processing.
7. Keep track of application progress and follow up on pending cases.
8. Assist the immigration consultants or case managers in preparing and submitting applications.
9. Stay updated with changes in immigration procedures, rules, and documentation requirements
