About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Employee engagement:
Organize team-building sessions, manage data and ideate for new activities.
Supporting internal communications, company-wide announcements, and HR-related communication.
2. MIS:
Update consolidated reports, ensuring weekly accuracy.
Data Management: Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
3. HRBP support:
Assisting HRBPs in strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement.
Assisting HRBPs with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Track PIP progress, arrange refresher training, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
