Step into an HR internship that feels nothing like the usual “paperwork + Excel” routine.This is a hands-on, high-energy, on-ground bootcamp where every day you’ll work directly with founders, team leads, and real startup operations — all while living in one of the most beautiful coastal spots in India: Daman.
You’ll be part of the team building the HR backbone for the launch of Zenith Fleets Pvt. Ltd., a powerful real-time ride-hailing ecosystem offering shared/exclusive rides and self-driven cars.
This is your chance to experience how real startups hire, build culture, structure teams, and move at lightning speed.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and offline channels
2. Screen and shortlist profiles for technical and non-technical roles
3. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding
4. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
5. Work closely with founders to understand hiring needs
6. Conduct initial HR interviews for culture fit and attitude
7. Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and confirmations
8. Manage attendance, daily activity logs, and discipline guidelines
9. Assist in creating HR policies, processes, and basic documentation
10. Handle employee queries and daily HR support tasks
11. Organize training sessions, workshops, and team activities
12. Support payroll inputs, performance tracking, and incentive data
13. Contribute to culture-building, motivation, and engagement
14. Create reports, HR dashboards, and documentation
