About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. New Hire Onboarding & Experience
● Coordinate the entire onboarding cycle for new employees, ensuring all pre-boarding tasks (paperwork, system setup) are completed efficiently.
● Conduct engaging New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions, presenting company culture, policies, and benefits with confidence and clarity.
● Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days, addressing queries and providing support to ensure a smooth transition.
● Collaborate with IT, Administration, and Hiring Managers to ensure all new hires have the necessary equipment, access, and workspace ready on their start date.
2. Employee Engagement Support
● Assist in planning, promoting, and executing internal employee engagement events (e.g., team-building activities, holiday parties, wellness initiatives).
● Help manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, internal social platforms) to keep employees informed and connected.
● Gather feedback from new hires and existing employees to suggest improvements for the onboarding and overall employee experience programs.
3. Documentation & Administration
● Maintain and update onboarding checklists and procedural documents.
● Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to new hires in the HR Information System (HRIS).
● Prepare introductory materials, welcome kits, and informational packets for all new joiners.
