Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
3. Draft and issue HR documents (offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exits).
4. Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
5. Oversee office administration: vendor management, housekeeping, supplies, and maintenance.
6. Coordinate travel, logistics, and facility management.
7. Ensure policy implementation and HR compliance.
8. Support payroll coordination with the accounts team.
