About the Job
As an HR Executive at Anytime Fitness, you will play a crucial role in managing the human capital of our organization. Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with employees and external stakeholders. Your expertise in MS-Excel and MS-Word will be instrumental in analyzing and presenting HR data. Knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliances, labor laws, talent management, compensation management, and payroll will be critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
2. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws
3. Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent
4. Oversee compensation management to ensure fair and competitive pay structures
5. Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently
6. Conduct regular training and development programs for employee growth
7. Collaborate with management to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
