About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment & onboarding:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Post job openings, manage job portals, and build a strong candidate pipeline.
3. Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.
4. Manage a smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
5. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Retire)
6. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
7. Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
8. Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal documentation.
9. Manage employee exits, conduct exit interviews, and process full & final settlements.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
11. Assist in HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
B. General administration & support:
1. Coordinate with external vendors (recruiters, consultants, etc.) as needed.
2. Support HR audits and documentation.
3. Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.
