About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, and building strong candidate pipelines.
2. System & Process Setup: Establish efficient HR systems, CRM-based tracking, and automation for smooth internal workflows, attendance, and performance monitoring.
3. Team Management & Coordination: Manage office staff, assign responsibilities, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
4. Employee Engagement & Motivation: Design activities, team-building exercises, and wellness programs to keep employees enthusiastic and connected to the organization’s vision.
5. Office & Administration Management: Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, resource planning, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
6. Performance & Feedback Systems: Implement feedback mechanisms, monthly appraisals, and performance tracking dashboards.
7. HR Strategy & Policy Development: Support senior management in developing HR strategies, workplace culture initiatives, and retention frameworks.
