About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment & talent acquisition:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
2. Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements.
3. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and finalize selections.
4. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
5. Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding.
B. Onboarding & induction:
1. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
2. Conduct company induction and ensure smooth joining process.
3. Maintain proper documentation and HR records.
C. Employee relations & engagement:
1. Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally.
2. Promote a healthy and positive work culture.
3. Plan engagement activities, team-building sessions, and events.
D. Attendance, leave & time management:
1. Oversee daily attendance, leave approvals, and time discipline.
2. Maintain compliance with company policies.
3. Implement corrective actions when needed.
E. Performance management:
1. Coordinate with HODs for goal-setting and performance reviews.
2. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
3. Draft improvement plans where necessary.
F. HR policies & compliance:
1. Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies.
2. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
3. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
G. Payroll coordination:
1. Compile salary inputs- attendance, deductions, new joiners, exits.
2. Coordinate with accounts team for accurate payroll processing.
H. Exit formalities:
1. Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
2. Ensure proper handover and documentation from exiting employees.
I. Reporting & documentation:
1. Maintain HR MIS reports such as hiring data, attrition, payroll inputs.
2. Provide monthly HR reports to management.
