About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. End-to-End Hiring – Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
2. Talent Pipeline Management – Build and maintain pipelines for Designers, Developers, PMs, and Interns; ensure ATS and talent CRM are updated.
3. Culture & Engagement – Support company culture through policies, engagement activities, calendars, performance check-ins, and structured feedback loops.
4. Training & Development – Coordinate training programs including 30-day ramp-up plans, skill matrices, L&D sessions, and certification trackers.
5. Compliance & Documentation – Oversee NDAs, contractor agreements, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRIS data accuracy.
6. Employer Branding – Drive branding initiatives through careers page updates, LinkedIn content, referral programs, and campus outreach.
