Key responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding of employees.
2. Attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
3. Employee grievance handling and engagement activities.
4. HR policy implementation and statutory compliance support.
5. Workforce coordination with management departments and workers.
6. Candidates should be well versed in Overtime calculations, ESI, PF Calculations.
7. Knowledge about labor laws, compliance issues and HR metrics.
