About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the full recruitment cycle job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain and update employee and intern records (attendance, performance, etc.).
3. Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
4. Conduct induction and training sessions for new employees/interns.
5. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
6. Organise team-building and employee engagement activities.
7. Maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
8. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
9. Assist in performance evaluations and feedback collection.
10. Conduct or assist in exit interviews and maintain attrition records.
