About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and hiring: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and handle employee relations issues.
3. Compliance and legal: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant labor laws, maintains accurate employee records, and updates HR policies as needed
4. Compensation and benefits: Managing payroll, salary structures, and employee benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.
5. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. 
6. Performance management: Overseeing employee performance, conducting evaluations, and supporting employee development and training programs.

Qualifications:
