As a Human Resources (HR) Executive at Obitel Prime Realtors LLP, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the company's most valuable asset - its people. 1. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
2. Developing and implementing employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
3. Overseeing employee performance evaluations and providing feedback for growth and development.
4. Handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment for all staff members.
5. Managing payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
6. Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Collaborating with management to develop strategic HR plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
