Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately
3. Assist in payroll processing, performance appraisal cycles, and HR reporting
4. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programmes, and internal communications
5. Ensure compliance with labour laws, organisational policies, and HR best practices
6. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve workplace issues professionally
