About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
2. Partner with business teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
3. Source candidates through various platforms — job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and panels.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives or campus placements.
8. Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve efficiency.
