About the Job
Key responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in line with RERA Office policies.
Coordinate employee performance reviews and assist in KPI development.
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and RERA’s internal HR policies.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Organize staff engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive work culture.
Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
