About the Job
Position: HR ExecutiveLocation: Malad W, Mumbai
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
2. Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
3. Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
4. Address employee queries, grievances, and feedback professionally and promptly.
5. Foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction.
6. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / HRMS systems.
7. Prepare HR reports such as attendance, attrition, and headcount data.
8. Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain evaluation records.
9. Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
10. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
11. Draft and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
