Key responsibilities:1. Analyzing and partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
2. Screening candidate CVs from various sources such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and validating them based on experience and interest in the role.
3. Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates across various professional disciplines.
4. Reviewing and prioritizing candidate activity, including pre-screens and scheduling interviews.
5. Creating and managing candidate pipelines and assessing candidate qualifications.
6. Posting jobs on various social media platforms.
7. Negotiating and closing candidates with offers, along with necessary follow-ups.
8. Building strong candidate and client relationships.
9. Handling end-to-end recruitment.
