About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) for sales, collections, credit ops, customer support & tech roles
2. Employee onboarding, documentation, background verification & payroll management
3. Handling compliances (PF, ESIC, labour laws, RBI/NBFC-related employee compliances)
4. Building & managing HR policies, attendance, leaves, and performance reviews
5. Managing field operations support — attendance & incentives of collection agents, target tracking
6. Vendor management (background check agencies, payroll vendor, insurance, office admin)
7. Employee engagement, grievance handling & culture building
8. Working directly with founders on hiring roadmap, org structure & cost control
