About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Post job openings, focusing mainly on IT positions.
2. Review resumes and shortlist the most suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial discussions with potential candidates.
4. Arrange the main interviews for shortlisted candidates.
5. Manage the candidate onboarding process.
6. Research and collaborate with the HR team and other departments to design comprehensive employee training, learning, and development programs.
7. Assist the IT team in implementing and setting up cloud-based HR management systems.
8. Research and develop best practices in recruitment and hiring in collaboration with the HR team or other departments.
9. Prepare and send task sheets and related communications.
10. Address and resolve employee concerns.
11. Create job descriptions, certificates, experience letters, offer letters, and other necessary documents.
12. Post and update job vacancies on job boards, career pages, and social networks.
13. Research and collaborate with the HR team and other departments to design effective HR employee management practices.
