Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
3. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
4. Use job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source candidates.
5. Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
6. Maintain candidate database.
7. Coordinate offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
