Key responsibilities:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (Job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding)
2. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
3. Support in payroll coordination and attendance verification
4. Prepare HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, NOCs, etc.
5. Assist in employee engagement & training activities
6. Coordinate with departments for staff requirements and updates
7. Handle joining & exit formalities (documentation, NOC, clearance, etc.)
8. Assist in maintaining compliance and organizational policies
9. Respond to employee queries professionally
