About the Job
Key responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with department heads to define job roles & requirements
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction programs
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a positive work environment and address employee queries
Conduct engagement activities, team-building sessions, and monthly meets
Assist in resolving conflicts and ensuring employee satisfaction
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, documents)
Oversee payroll inputs, salary process, and statutory compliance
Draft HR letters – offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.
Ensure company policy adherence and discipline
4. Performance Management
Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs
Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals
Track employee progress and identify training needs
5. Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data
Support audits and HR documentation
