About the Job
We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to handle recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, and staff discipline at Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd., a furnishing & interiors company based in Delhi.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting JDs, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
2. Maintain daily attendance of installers, helpers & sales executives
3. Track late marks, short hours, leaves & discipline
4. Maintain employee files (physical + digital)
5. Prepare HR trackers and weekly/monthly HR reports
6. Coordinate training sessions for field staff
7. Support performance reviews with the owner
8. Handle exit formalities, letters & documentation
