Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment & onboarding:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
2. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
3. Conduct onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
B. HR operations:
1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
2. Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Employee Engagement:
5. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
6. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
C. Performance management:
1. Assist in tracking performance appraisal processes.
2. Help in managing probation evaluations and confirmation processes.
3. Training & Development:
4. Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
