About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage HR documentation, reports, and audits.
2. Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
3. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
4. Coordinate with vendors for background verification.
5. Manage monthly HR operations and data updates.
6. Organize team-building events, rewards programs, and recognition initiatives.
7. Process resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
8. Manage employee benefits such as health insurance and reimbursements.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders for monthly KPIs.
10. Support recruitment for entry and mid-level positions (sourcing, screening & coordination).
