About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive who is fluent in Hindi and English to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with the organization’s talent needs.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the entire recruitment life cycle — from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
3. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews in Hindi and English.
4. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
6. Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements across relevant platforms.
7. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the process.
8. Support HR team in other activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in [industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing, retail, etc.]).
3. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
4. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
