About the Job
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive with a passion for recruitment and cold calling? Justdial Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and take our HR department to the next level.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
2. Utilize cold calling techniques to reach out to potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Utilize Microsoft Outlook to schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and track recruitment metrics.
5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
7. Assist in onboarding new employees and provide training on company policies and procedures.
