About the Job
About the role:We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 1–2 years of experience to support HR operations, employee engagement, and business alignment activities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation.
2. Business Partnering
Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
Work closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs and HR requirements.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance across the department.
3. Talent Acquisition & Integration
Coordinate with the recruitment team for hiring needs and participate in initial screening.
Support new joiner induction, orientation, and assimilation into the team.
4. Performance & Development
Assist in monitoring goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
Collect feedback, track performance improvement plans, and highlight areas for development.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support grievance handling and employee relations by ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Promote organizational values and contribute to a positive work environment.
6. HR Operations
Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis for leadership review.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and internal communications.
Required skills & competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
