About the Job
As an HR executive, you’ll support both strategic and day-to-day HR functions- from hiring to employee engagement and compliance documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, people management, and the ability to multitask across departments.Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & employee management:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee files, joining formalities, and HR databases (physical and digital).
3. Track attendance, leaves, and employee movement in coordination with the factory HR team.
4. Coordinate between management and employees for updates, notices, and queries.
B. Employee engagement & HR coordination:
1. Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
2. Assist in training coordination, performance review documentation, and feedback collection.
3. Maintain a positive work environment and support grievance redressal.
C. Compliance & documentation support:
1. Maintain HR records, contracts, and statutory documentation as per company policy.
2. Support in audit preparation and compliance reporting with the factory HR team.
3. Ensure proper communication and filing for all HR-related documents.
