As an HR associate at SELORG TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various functions. Your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, along with your expertise in MS Office and MS Word, will be essential for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Support performance management processes, including conducting reviews and providing feedback
5. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
6. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
