Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, referrals).
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
