About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring process — from job requisition, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Tech & Non-Tech Hiring: Recruit across diverse functions, including technical roles (software developers, engineers, data scientists) and non-technical roles (HR, marketing, operations, etc.).
3. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
4. Screening & Interview Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.
6. Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and an organized hiring journey.
7. Offer Management & Onboarding: Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
8. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend data-driven improvements to hiring processes.
